Well, I will tell you what, in the old days people would work for a company and they expected a gold watch after turning 65 and then sent off to the stud farm… ha ha… no, no, live a retired life. But in today’s world, that is almost an impossibility.

We have to face this reality, the reality is by the time you are age 47, most people are washed out, their jobs out sourced or somebody else comes in takes over their job with more knowledge level then they have, because things change so fast. And these people aged 47 and 48, now they can not get back their old jobs unless they retrain themselves into knowing who replaced them, knowing what they replaced them with. So the only job that they can get is a job at the high school level. What they had learned in high school. So they are paid accordingly.

So if you make your back up plan right now, with this business, whenever that time comes, I hope it never comes to you, you will have for you and your family, for your children, absolute security, at least to the level of your old job in the past. Nobody can surely guarantee that.

As a matter of a fact that very few people will retire from their job. They will be let go. We don’t know when the axe will fall. But we know its going to fall. So why not make the back up plan and wait. Why should we wait one minute longer? One day longer? One minute longer? Why?

What is holding us up?

What can ever go wrong in this business? Yes, one thing can go wrong. If we just don’t place the ads and don’t work on it and don’t follow it up. And that goes the same with job, if you don’t go do your job you will be fired. But you slogged through heavy traffic, all the stress, all the problems from your boss and then you end up with a measly pay check. And that you are not even sure you are going to get the week after. And above all, that takes a toll on your health. Your health, the wishes of living a full life, of traveling, of writing your memoirs, the books you’ve wanted to write.

It is in this business you have all the facilities. That’s the back up plan that I’m talking about. It is not only a back up plan, it is plan to fulfill your desires of success.
